Just learning the roles and responsibilities of the firat responders and the vocabulary used in an event was great information to transition from my military experience to civillian.

It needs to be advertised better locally. A simple email does not do the program justice, especially the three day course. Local officials should have marketing materials to push out prior to registrations.
