Stop doing online courses. only way to learn is to do active drills and classroom on real cases.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

None. it's all online and it stinks. we are overwhelmed with online training to check boxes. real world training and classrooms over real cases are proper way to learn. this all stinks and it is just a click fest to pass the course, so my agency gets off my back.
