The video subtitles were distracting, and with them overlaying the instructor's credentials, were annoying and unnecessary. While attempting to read their credentials, I found myself focusing on this almost more than the subject matter.

While I enjoyed learning about the active response from Lauren enforcement during an active shooter, I’m not sure how the additional knowledge of incident commander and staging is appropriate for me.
