The explanation of the different roles in the immediate first stage of the incident; in dispatch, this is where the most confusion happens, and knowing what the plan is makes it clear for us what to expect.

I wouldn't say least valuable, but what I know the most about is ICS because we dispatch for Fire/EMS and that and NIMS are required learning for us.

I would love a course made specifically for dispatchers or even focused on tactical dispatch teams and what they should be doing during the incident.
