I believe there should be an executive level course developed for agency administrations and high level executives.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Full scale training exercises relating to this training and adjustment of the terminology in ICS to a more public safety centered response instead of fire operations heavy terminology.

The implementation of unified command. As I progress in my career, the command structure becomes more important to understand and implement.

It is all valuable! A strong understanding of each roles responsibilities is vital, from FF/EMT to Command. If you don't know the roles and responsibilities of each position, how can you command them?.

Great training! I feel it is important to go back to the basics every so often. You always pick up on something new.

Getting more command staff in my area trained in C3 ASIM so we can all be on the same page!.

Good course, as an Instructor for this course within the fire service I review yearly with all my paramedic firefighters to ensure that when this happens it will not be the fire department that stumbles.
