The Active Shooter Incident Management Checklist™ was the most valuable part. Having a structured, repeatable process for the first five arriving officers ensures that command is established quickly and that life-saving medical care isn't delayed.

The course is excellent. The clear distinction between the Casualty Collection Point (CCP) and the Ambulance Exchange Point (AEP) helps resolve a lot of common confusion between Law Enforcement and Fire/EMS roles.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) or a live tabletop simulation to practice the ASIM Checklist™ with my specific local agency.

It isn't so much additional training, but getting LE to adopt the principals; and to "practice" the concepts on lesser incidents so we are all ready to fully utilize the training on larger incidents.
