My job would be focused on the EMS side so knowing what my counterparts on the law enforcement side are doing is very valuable knowledge.

Perhaps a conclusion of the event. Maybe a module on how to wrap the active shooter situation up after threat neutralization and rescue operations are over, when investigations begin. Should there be a debriefing session with all agencies and departments as a follow-up and how soon after the event? On the EMS/ medical side, how do you chart each patient with up to 3 patients in the ambulance when one patient might be a red. You might be too busy treating to record any actions and treatments. Perhaps dispatch should dispatch 3-4 crew member ambulances crews just to have enough personnel to effectively treat and scribe.
