The flow chart refresher with order of officers taking what responsibilities as well as considering the staging area. In our rural location, with our smaller agencies/resources, it will be chaos and there will be too many cooks in the kitchen. We most definitely are not all on the same page between Police/Fire/EMS. Our schedules, budgets, and manpower make inter-agency training almost impossible.

The Command center and PIO are least likely to be established.

Create a smaller, streamlined lesson plan for small rural agencies who do not have the resournces or manpower to execute the ASIM program as presented. A simpler cut down version will also be more attractive to our leadership and admin.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Bomb threats, hazmat/dirty bomb response, multiple MCEs happening simultaneously.
