Understanding how a unified command is not the best choice in the very first stages of an incident due to it taking time to get supervisors from fire,EMS and PD together.

How each stage was broken down and explained. Have a better understanding / ideas oof what to do at those type incidents. Hardest part is getting everyone including our agency, Fire, EMS, other players on the same page.
