The unified command and staging sections were very valuable. I always thought there was just one level of command, and everyone worked under that one person but in fact, there are many different players in command to make everything flow efficiently. The staging sections were important for making sure the right teams get to the right areas and assist where needed.

N/A. I think the entire course was valuable and can be used in any real life situation.

This was very good and the video break out and tests didn't make the course seem overwhelming. I would stay with this same model going forward.

More in depth training about incident command posts and operations of staging areas.

The pre course materials needed to be sent out ahead of time and not just this morning. Also, a lot of acronyms , somewhere in the room should have been the full word spelled out.
