Practical exercises and viewing all the roles and components in the same room.

The venue for this training was very difficult to hear due to poor acoustics. The chairs were uncomfortable and hurt my bottom.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

It would be interesting to do more case studies and critique previous responses by agencies together as a class.

I would say the entirety of the course. In my opinion I think it is crictical to also know what the capabilities of the other branches responding are and be able to utilize the knowledge gained to quicken the pace of saving lives.
