Evenly tasking units to get a variety of experience. In a three day class with multiple practical exercises, I was only able to be on a triage unit one time as a firefighter/AEMT. I find that somewhat problemeatic.

Further command and control classes.

It was a good experience to see how the different fields work together in an incident.

As EMS, we didn't get a whole lot of practice on how we would interact with triaging patients, the RTF, what responsibilities the Triage/Tranport officer have, etc.

More structured hands on simulation would be great.

Dan Williams did a great job relating this mostly LEO information into a an EMS/Fire mindset. Interesting and great at relating information.

This could have been around 6 hours. Too many instructors - it was hard to tell who was an instructor and who was a student. It was also frustrating with too many instructors providing conflicting information.
