In the game portion. The use of the mouse to fire the sidearm and the action button for Triage were too close. Please separate these for future.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

SIMS and UTM live fire. Taking this and applying it to larger more realistic roles where bad guys actually fire back and it really hurts.

Blending of virtual scenarios with tactical/strategic decision making along with the confusion and communication struggles inherent in these incidents.

Minor issues regarding the computer-based sim, eg extremely slow patient assessment time and tq/medical intervention application, which seems like it directly reduces the likelihood of patients surviving to tx.

There wasn't a portion of the class I found least valuable. From book, classroom, to hands on activities it all was very helpful.
