Hostage negotiation. Also the instructors were awesome very professional and engaged with everyone and encouraged everyone to engage. Great training team!!!.

Improvement for dispatch. LEO should not work the incident on 2 channels. All radio traffic should be moved to the secondary channel after 1st officer arrives. Allow for Fire and EMS to be dispatched on separate channels for locations that run them independently. Allow for CAD notes for fire, ems and leo to be separate.
