I would love to see or do like a "negotiator for dispatch" course. In the event I ever really have to talk to someone who is reporting to me they are about to do something bad to themselves or someone else, I'd rather have constructive things to say, than to just be really vague and awkward.

Using the checklist became more of a delay during Incidents, learning what needed to be done prior to was a benefit, then working through it during.
