Reunification. My jurisdiction is small and contains 3 schools. Our highest threat profile is a school shooter and I hope to implement this training into our pre-planned response procedures.

The training does not take into consideration the friction caused by self-dispatching of units responding from other agencies.

I will give staging the power to ask for additional units without higher permission.
