Ambulance driving. It took a while to figure out how to drive.

After the simulation, it would be nice to have an instructor explain the whole situation so everyone understood the who what etc of the situation.

Everything. i feel the simulations greatly enhanced my newfound knowledge of these incidents. they allowed for practical application & was preferable to only lectures.

Amazing instructors. very knowledgeable & helpful.

Further in person training courses inclusive of simulations. hands on training - i feel - is much more effective than online courses. phone training - suicidal subjects, hostage takers - would be immensley helfpful.
