Understanding LE response to an ASHER event and tactical priorities for LE.

Fire and EMS largely unrepresented in scenarios. Treatment areas, time to "treat" in simulator exceeded real life applications.

Fire and EMS should have a seat at the table and would be more proactive in the initial scene development.

ICS for expanded incidents should involved representatives from not just Law Enforcement but also NFPA and National Registry protocols and course developements.

The impressive technology used for learning aids.

The lectures were a lot of information, quickly. It was hard to fully take in and process the content that way.

Pay more attention to where students are being assigned every scenario. I was on a RTF 9 of the 11 scenarios. Because of this, I don't feel like I got to learn very much about incident command.

Bringing together the law and ems aspect. Introducing lobby control tactics to LEO. Thanks to all instructors.

The forced implementation of staging and command functions before mission critical tasks were filled (i.e. RTF) Most agencies have a method already trained and planned for, we were not allowed to practice how we actually deploy.

This class deviates significantly from NIMS, ICS and RTF tacticts that are currently being taught in the industry. Staging and Transport triage are confusing as they are not typically assigned until they are needed. The staging used here is more of a lobby control method than a formal staging.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Refreshing on NIMS and ICS protocols to ensure smooth operations of active assailant incidents.
