A structured period to wander between stations and ask questions of the instructors/subject matter experts would add value. Outside of simulations and after at least one or two run throughs.

Applying simulations at the local level with the staff I'm most likely to manage an incident with.

Initially, I thought the contact team application would be outside my responsibilities as an administrator. However, the instructors did a great job covering why an understanding and application of all of these will provide value to all LE.

The instructors were very knowledgeable and presented the material in a very digestible and constructive manner.

Since I have very little experience in this field it was all valuable. However, the case studies and the practical exercises were most valuable since they put the instruction in perspective.
