Opportunity to complete multiple scenarios in the sim. This would not be possible in real life in 3 days.

I found myself in the same position multiple times, but I understand that is impossible based on the evolution of the incident.

There was one part in a scenario that resulted in a LEO injury due to lack of communication to the RTF. Conversely there was a scenario where the security of LE in a RTF performed properly. I felt that these weren't emphasized enough in the AAR.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

RTF and having training that is updated to the model of reduced treatment on scene and emphasizes transport. Older models focused on the need to triage, treatment, and transport. This new concept must be more widespread.

The hands on practical incidents were excellent. The biggest plus were the virtual program on the laptops to make it more real world and not a just stand around verbalizing an explination.
