The practical exercises were by far the most beneficial - being able to put ourselves in the roles we'd perform and using a realistic timeline were most helpful.

The lack of specific defined roles for emergency management made my role a bit more difficult, but the instructors did a great job of allowing us to assist and utilize our skills effectively as the scenarios progressed.

This course was run like a well oiled machine and the instructors are phenomenal.

The maps should include high resolution images and include more area to provide context where highways, hospitals, to id scene.

Great instructors. I wish i could force my entire section to come to the class.

As an EM it is always good to interface and practice incident response. Tabletops are valuable and coyuld use some professional development creating those.

Learning about Tactical Command and first on scene. Learning how an incident scene builds from the bottom up versus setting up top down.

I think it's hard to fully understand how Emergency Mgmt fits in for incident response. But I appreciate the efforts to integrate the function. Make sure to add EM to the training course build process.
