Changing positions, having instructors assist in the beginning of the class and then having them be less involved toward the end to allow us to assess, anticipate needs, and problem solve.

The instructors were very well prepared and encouraged discussion for difference of thought. If I were to add anything, I would add a couple more "What would you do?" discussions regarding active assailant events.

How to develop an Agency Operational Directive for implementation and execution, and how to teach this to line personnel.

Exercises provided reps which allowed myself to gain more confidence with different roles.

Reunification. Would like to have seen more time spent on reunification as many agencies do not have a plan for this type of event. This type of event is vital to the victims and their families.
