I would say the most valuable was the information given in the lectures, it allows us to understand past incidents and to be able to create a game plan for future incidents.

The scenarios were very useful. The scenarios were made to be a fostered environment for learning without feeling like you made a mistake. They allowed me to learn without being judged. The instructors were also very valuable, every single instructor was very knowledgeable and very helpful during the entire class.
