Practical skills practicing in real time. The instructors were well prepared and very knowledgeable.

The last day seemed rushed.

I would have liked more time spent on past case study. I thought besides the after action data from each scenario should also look at did we account for all of the patients involved. I think more instruction on day one on how to use the computer to load patients and such.

I think this course is very valuable. I also think that manpower to fill the roles of the command staff will be limited for quite some time in the suburban and urban settings. I do not believe that implementing such a command structure will be the best use of limited resources until more show up and allow the command structure to grow and support.
