Learning how LE and Fire Rescue would respond to an active shooter event. This is helpful as an emergency management specialist so I am aware of the potential resources that may be requested. This is important because certain resources will need to requested through different channels.

This is the second time I went through this course. I'm trying to branch it out into my responding agency and those surrounding us. It's the concept. Getting everyone on the same page. Responders know their discipline and sometimes don't want to budge for an integrated approach becuase they may not understand another discipline and it's limitations clearly.
