Great class, if it is not advertise, I would highly suggest doing this class and filling it with large numbers from the same department, specifically people who would be involved in major events.

Rotating through the different task to get a full understanding of everyone else job.

Contact teams and RTF's. I feel this course should focus more on the "incident management" and the supervision of the incident. Less focus on the triage and treatment of survivors.

I wish I had the opportunity to part of the supervision and management of the incident instead of being assigned to contact and rtf teams.

Continued incident management on large scale incidents and multiple location incidents.

The deep dive into reunification was unnecesary.

Assignments should be based on current rank and potential next rank. Having commanding officers in law enforcement running in as members of an RTF or perimeter multiple times was useless. On the same note, patrol officers in the class being area command was not relevant to a task they'll be doing for many years, if ever.

More practical applications and training using positions specific to our current rank.
