Though I have had several ICS/NIMS classes, this course provided me with a more advanced skillset since I got to play every role from the responding officer up to the Incident Commander.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Also, learning more of the EMS/FIRE role is and how to work more collaboratively.

This class was better than I thought it would be and built on the experience and training that I had already received through C3.

Continuing to build on this model and making it a part of our culture and daily operations. It can be applied to large and smaller scaled events.
