Which part(s) of the course was MOST valuable to you. Please explain why.

The stations where I was assigned to command and tactical were the ones I'm most likely to encounter on patrol. I found it very beneficial to experience those roles and get exposure to them in a chaotic but safe environment. This experience will help me as a supervisor in future critical incidents.

The reunification exercise was good but it seemed to be focused mostly on a parent-child dynamic. I'd like to see a broader discussion about reunification in other environments or organizing witnesses in other environments.

I would like to participate in more incident management drills to practice supervisor skills in a controlled environment.
