The hands on learning with tactical, command and staging. In most scenarios officers just get the officer job done and evaluate tactics. This training allowed the incident to play out and to see how important the organization and allocation of resources is.

The lectures were good lectures for a basic class however as an instructor on the topic myself I was aware of most course lecture material. I would like to see the case studies truly opened up to allow officers a chance to learn the history and fallout from real incidents.

All were relevant to the course, some were not relevant to me and my assignment on my department, because we have RTF and MCI training and policies already in place.

Overall very good, no real way to change it, BUT the most helpful change would be to make it area specific.
