It felt like we were trying to adapt NIMS beyond how it function in New Hampshire. There is a difference in how fire departments handle incidents compared to police. This felt like it was trying to change how a normal fire departments handle incidents response would be handled.

This course was disorganized. No introduction or discussion of what was expected, who the instructors were other credentials was done, and it felt rushed. Moving through the exercises I understood the goals and objectives, but an overview should have been done at the start of class.
