More interaction with dispatch. When we set the homework assign it to a fire and LE to do together as it would be in the command cetner.

Also need to learn more. Need to take this back to others and continue to learn.

Practice being put in different situations that are likely in the future ie. transport, staging etc.

I felt like the class could have been shorter with a smaller class size. I spent several evolutions conducting ambulance transports which I did not find helpful in my current supervisor position.

More reps in command positions if the class is advertised for the command level. Otherwise had fun and expanded my learning.

Extend the length of time for the class. This will allow for the lecture. To have the opportunity to explain terms definitions theories and ideas more clearly. It felt like the instructors were racing through that section to get onto the practicals.
