The interactive computer scenarios were valuable as it had class members work on a realistic situation and make decisions and take actions in that environment.

The module on hostage/barricaded subjects was good information but at same time that seems to be a very specific and specilized.

I would recommend expanding the module that reviews actual case studies and the learning points.

Some of the lectures. As a fire employee, they were heavily law enforcement based. The last two chapters. I understand they were still important overall.
