The beginning of the scenario where you respond. The response to incident isn't part of the managing of the incident. To spend more time on the management of incident maybe start scenarios with suspects down or at large with officers on scene requesting things.

Allow more time to explain each role and how they function and operate. Its still a little unclear how some of them work.

Commander role and Area command.

Instructors were great but the venue wasn't. Hard metal chairs and the HVAC system in the gym was non stop annoyance.
