Specific injects in scenarios for emergency management roles. EM role seemed more hypothetical without a direct connection to the simulation portion. "Resources" acquired by EM weren't actually represented within sim.

The lectures certainly had value, but would have been more beneficial to me if we had time to dig a little deeper into the concepts being taught.
