The integration between the LEO, Fire and EMS. By having to work together at the various assignments, it helped each group know the other's role and work together to accomplish the missions.

While fun, the simulator for the contact teams. Each LEO can utilize the theories of contact teams but the actual tactics are hard to utilize in a simulator like this.

Powerpoints are always difficult to maintain focus based on my learning skills.

Enjoyed the varying teachers as it helped keep things fresh with a new face and energy.

Dynamic training vs virtual would be beneficial in this area. Hands on application, although likely difficult to get all the resources to facilitate, would be extremely helpful. Could even scale them down for training certain portions of this training.
