My only suggestions is that when requesting new teams from holding to enroute, it should be completely random and not by previously determined squads. I also wish this training went longer so that the information is drilled into the brain more.

Video game as an officer, but I know its required for the ability to have complex exercises.

Would be great to conduct the last exercise with live actors clearing an actual building instead of using the laptop.
