I would recommend spreading out the stations so that people cannot just walk across the room or look at what is in staging.

Audio system was undersized for the space, often the comments during debrief were unintelligible whether that was the system or the mic. Possibly use some dividers between sections to cut down on background noise. Could reinforce some ICS positions and forms that may enhance the operations. Radio communications were realistic:).
