Do a full debrief on each scenario. The one where I was the triage officer, we did not do a full debrief and therefore I do not know how well it went.

Getting together with the other agencies where I work and getting everyone on the same page.

The instructors all brought detailed experiences and passion to the class.

There were multiple times, groups were left unutilized and did not get to practice the skills learned in that module.

I enjoyed the class and understand the computer usage. I would like this to be a more hands on course. Actually practicing the movement and treatement along with not being in the line of sight of the commanders making decisions would be more beneficial in my opinion. There are time constraints so that would be the only reason to extend the timeline of the class.

Joint-Training with local Law enforcement and mutual aid departments.
