Practical evolutions. I learn better from doing. Power points provide good information, but that is enhanced by actually running through simulations.

Sometimes the radio comms were not great. maybe a better quality of radio could help this out.

At this point, I believe continuing ed and reps would be most beneficial.

The live training exercises were the most valuable to me, especially having to operate outside of my comfort zone and above my typical responsibility level gave me a better understanding of the process as a whole.

The scenarios were an outstanding way to put the knowledge into action and make everything "click." The use of technology was awesome.

The area command portion was very helpful, but may not match my local area. Still good info.

Coaching by the instructors was great. Very knowledgeable and good coaches. Some of the area command scenarios seemed to be prompted a bit early which caused a little confusion. Still awesome training.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Would love to do additional training with the simulations and also encourage my colleagues to participate.
