The dispatch system seemed basic and it felt like we were not required.

Mobile cad for each sections station so notes can be seen by everyone as they are put into the system. It would also help reduce the amount of traffic on the radios.

Joint training with local law enforcement and working with different potential target areas to develop response plans.

Improvement for dispatch. LEO should not work the incident on 2 channels. All radio traffic should be moved to the secondary channel after 1st officer arrives. Allow for Fire and EMS to be dispatched on separate channels for locations that run them independently. Allow for CAD notes for fire, ems and leo to be separate.
