Refresher to ICS prior to the class or a brief cap in the beginning - send acronyms upfront - learning curve was to large to catch up with lectures - up front info would have curbed that feeling.

Management of media relations. Not expecting to meet them from Air 1.

Not much regard to rotorcraft safety (H-EMS) operations. Contact members of the Airborne Public Safety Association to assist in helicopter specific concerns with LEO/H-EMS operations. The equipment used in the training was impressive to say the least.

Anything that assists in public safety.

The video game was a distraction. COPS were running around shooting each other. It was a joke.

I think you could accomplish a better overall admin level s66chool with the poker chip and board method. Challenging the organization and acquisition of resources.
