I would love to see or do like a "negotiator for dispatch" course. In the event I ever really have to talk to someone who is reporting to me they are about to do something bad to themselves or someone else, I'd rather have constructive things to say, than to just be really vague and awkward.

AS DISPATCH, BEING ABLE TO SEE THE SCALE OF RESOURCES NEEDED IN A COMPLEX ATTACK WAS VERY INTERESTING. ALSO BEING ABLE TO WALK AROUND AND SCRIBE AND OBSERVE THE DIFFERET AREAS WAS VERY INTERESTING.

AN EYE OPENING MOMENT WAS ANSWERING THE DISPATCH PHONE AND SPEAKING WITH THE HOSTAGE TAKER. THIS OPENED THE CONVERSTATION ABOUT HAVING DISPATCHER TRAINED WITH NEGOTIATIONS.
