I appreciate the advocacy for emergency management. I feel the instructors did Ia good job of helping the tactical level understand how EM is valuable.

The FAC could have been more detailed.

Be clear that FAC is a joint effort with EM involvement. I had many conversations with PD and fire as they were left with the impression that they were responsible for planning an FAC.
