How command "should" develop from onset.

Having PD in command. Our fire officer presence will far out number PD in the first 15 minutes. Fire has former PD in the ranks that will take that command role.

I liked how the subjects were broken down and the use of multiple instructors.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

More in-house training. How are we going to get this done. Do we have the necessary contact numbers...lots to discuss.
