The real time computer aided scenarios provided the most realistic and applicable training of any FEMA class I have ever attended.

None! The entire course was excelent.

This course was the first FEMA/NIMS type course I have ever taken that accurately and effectively utilized the dispatch component of incident command with real time actionable exercises. This should be a mandatory class for all emergency services.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I would like to see all incident command type classes done in this format with the computer aided scenario simulations.

All slides presented were not in the book and the acromyns were not explained in the beginning so I was lost until I found them in the book or they were explained later on.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I am a 911 calltaker and law dispatcher, so I dont know or think anything else can be addeds.
