The instructors explaining why we did things the way we did was a huge help because it made everything make sense.

I am not sure what would I would say was least important, It all seemed very important as each part contributed to each other.

Only thing I would suggest is a CAD call screen at the tactical area so the person running tactical can see the call as it is coming in. I feel it would be more productive and help efficiency.

After this I would say probably just diving further into this training and trying to learn more details.
