The priorities, concepts, and efforts laid out in the checklist will greatly benefit my department in advancing our active shooter training.

I would like to suggest a visual graphic to accompany the playing of the audio of the response with this model in a call. I struggled to understand where different elements would located, such as "tactical". Maybe a slide with an animation of the moving pieces would help adult learners process the audio.

The instructors were excellent. Kevin and his team were diverse in knowledge and experience. Together they represented a well rounded body of experience.
