This is the second time I went through this course. I'm trying to branch it out into my responding agency and those surrounding us. It's the concept. Getting everyone on the same page. Responders know their discipline and sometimes don't want to budge for an integrated approach becuase they may not understand another discipline and it's limitations clearly.

Which part(s) of the course was LEAST valuable to you? Please explain why.

I like this course. The least valuable part is the agencies that won't participate. Most will be working from from the same slate and they'll be running rogue.

I have been to the school course you offer as well. I'm hoping that maybe our schools (by observing this) will want to run that together.
