This is my second time taking this course. the logistical piece of incorporating the computers were vastly improved from the first time i took the course.

This is one of the most comprehensive management course I've taken in my 25 years as a cop. The level of professionalism and knowledge by the instructors is top notch. I can't wait to get you guys out here again for another class.

The instruction in regard to staging, tactical, and incident command because it reinforced the concept of ensuring everyone has a role and purpose and provides organization to a chaotic scene.

Being a perimeter unit on the simulator. Although perimeter units are necessary in real life, I did not get much out of being on perimeter in the simulator.
