I understand that time and resources are limited but it would be helpful if more people were able to fill leadership roles. It may have just been me but I was only able to fill the tactical role and every other scenario I was stuck as a contact team or RTF.

Trying to find the same course material that have real world scenarios instead of electronic.

The table top scenarios were not useful, you should have a more interactive way to be the incident CDR when you do multiple site incidents.

The simulations are great. However, I would like to see some in person scenarios at a location rather than just using simulations to see how the operational and logistical portions happen live.

Working with other first responders rather than just focusing on law enforcement side of active shooter response.
